I am trying to trace anyone who may be a direct descendant/relation to my late mother Edith Evelyn Spooner who, unfortunately, died 3 weeks after my birth in 1941. I know she had a brother George who lived in Doncaster and he had 2 children, Kathleen and Jonathon (George's wife's name was Gladys) I think there were also some relations in Sheffield area, but I never knew any of my mother's side of the family apart from the above mentioned George and Gladys and children. My father (John Charles William Green)remarried in 1944 to Dorothy Taylor who is still living, but my father died in 1973. |
