Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	My grandfather, Alexander (Alex) Jack Born 1891 Manchester, but parents John and Mary from Scotland (also brothers Hugh and James). Married Eleanor Edmunds 1917, in Ardwick, Manchester. Died 11/02/1948, Manchester. Bank manager. Fought in WW1. Lived in Old Vicarage (now Registry Office) in Stowmarket early 1920's before moving back to Manchester.
