Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	RE; SAMANTHA STARR. My Grandfather was called SAMUEL STARR POLLARD.He was in the Royal Navy and lived in Gravesend, kent. My mother told me that he orignally came from the east london area but she didnt know where the "starr" in his name came about . He must have been born around 1910 and he married my Grandmother , name GRACE THOMAS.My great grandad was also known as SAMUEL STARR POLLARD,he died in the first world war. you can contact me through icq my number is 192874783
