Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	looking for any proctors connected with Douglas on the Isle of Mann.or Chester which is where they moved too. My great great grandfather was called William Proctor and my great grandfather was Alistair Proctor. William was mayor of douglas at some time . My side of the family moved to Hereford.
