My Grandfather was James Thaba Bentley, born 14 May 1903 in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. He maried Winifred Rose Lee 6 June 1927 and had one daughter only, Beryl Lilian born 2 July 1928. My Great Grandfather was Alfred Bentley, born in Pinner, Middlesex in 1872. All of the above have died: Alfred on 2 May 1958 Winifred on 23 November 1965 James on 18 August 1970 Beryl on 17 April 1993 I believe there were brothers and sisters for James; Arthur, Edward, Leslie and a female for whom I have no name. I'm working on the family tree and would be most grateful for any information. |
