Hugh born 1785,married Elizabeth(Betty)McKenzie, and whose childern were:William1803,Christian(f)1808,Christian(f)1809,Roderick 1812,hugh 1814,COLIN 1817,John 1819. COLIN married twice(Flora MacAuly and Ann Finlayson)and had 13 children!:Mary 1847,Elizabeth 1848,Hugh 1855,Jessie 1858,Alexander 1862,Ann 1865,Colin 1867,Alexander 1869,Flora 1871,Catherine 1873,RODERICK 1876,Daniel 1879,Donald 1880. RODERICK married Catherine MacKenzie,and had:JAMES 1913,Derek 1914, Sandy (no date), I'm not sure of other siblings, but, JAMES was my Grandfather. Can anyone help me with the missing pieces, they were all born in the Highlands of Scotland(mainly Knockbain area, although some are from Thurso) |
