Trying to find Tobin

I am looking for any Tobins that may or may not have a connection with Cardiff. Joseph Tobin I think this was the name of my great grandfather. He lived in Cardiff and with my great grandmother Elizabeth kept The Crighton Arms (aka Tobins) a public house in Newtown the Irish quarter near the docks during the the early 1900's. I know my ancestors originally came from Ireland during or after the potato famine of the 1850's but I'm not sure whether he was born in Ireland or Cardiff I do not know his d.o.b. but assume he was born c1870's. They had one child Honorah (my grandmother) who was born in 1906. They also "adopted" a child Alice who was born c1894. She emigrated to America in the late 1920's or early 1930's. I know nothing of this side of the family and if anyone thinks they may be related I would love to hear from them.
