Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to locate anyone from the Essex/London area who may have known a lady named Cotter who married a man named Coughlan. They had 3 girls and a son who they adopted. He grew up with the name of Newton. Just trying to locate the Irish roots and have no living relations who I can ask. Any leads gratefully appreciated. I do have other names if and when it comes to it. The boy was born in 1931.
