Trying to find out if anyone knows of Thomas Edmund Ainsworth born 1908 Standerton South Africa, stopped in york circa 1936 to sow the seeds of my dad then went back in the army and died in Colchester in 1982. He lived in Clacton near a golf course. Death was registered by Letitia Ann Hogg or Church st. in London. My dad never knew him and died last year after I did some research for him, but I am still interested in what he did after his trip to York. I also have 50 or so other Ainsworths starting from George who went to Cumbria in about 1800 and started off this little family tree. |
