Trying to find information on Hilda Cook, born 14th February 1900 in Luton. Father's name George Cook, a builder, mother, Sarah Ann, born c1864 in Luton. George cook is on Hilda's marriage certificate as her father, but there is no father on the birth certificate, so she was possibly illigitimate and the mother's maiden name was Cook. In the 1901 census Hilda was 1 living with her mother, Sarah Ann, her sister Gladys who was 3 and her brother Cyril who was 11. Hilda married Arthur Murray Brown around in 1820, they had 2 sons, one of them, Leslie Arthur was my father.
