Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 3 Send Message	CECELIA WINIFRED PARSONS and any of her relations, she was probably born around 1876. Last data I have on her is on her sons birth cert Charles Parsons who was born Sept 26th 1896 at Queen Charlotte's hospital Marylebone Road. There is no father is registered on B.cert. He was given up for adoption. Her address is registered at 93 Chippenham road, Paddington and her occupation is a Nurse maid. Any one who can help with this please contact me.
