Iam trying to find anyone who is related to my father Hubert Jack Scrimshaw ,he was born in Long Sutton Lincolnshire 1911. His father was george scrimshaw a Black smith in sutton crosses Linconshire. My father had 2 brothers Harold and Leslie and 2 sisters Dorothy and Gwen. I believe that his mothers maiden name was Russell and came from the wisbeach area. My father worked for Cross Brothers General store, Long Sutton and served in the R.A.F. during the 2nd world war. Harold lived in london, his wifes name was Ivy. Leslie lived in Bournemouth, Gwen lived in Holbeach and Dorothy lived in Waltham Abbey. |
