His family came from Lydney in Gloucestershire and he was born there.His father was Hubert Saunders He had several brothers Frank Saunders being one of them,at least one sister Phyllis Saunders.Would like to hear from anyone who would know ancesters.There is strong connections in the Glos area.He married Margaret Gladys Cook nee Goodman in Glos in 1948 and then moved to Bristol.
