PAYNE Frederick William also known as Frederick John - foreman/decorator. Parents - Thomas Charles PAYNE and Emma TEMPLEMAN Frederick born in Patcham, Sussex, England on 17 March 1879. Died in Croydon, Surrey, England in November 1962. 1881 Census shows brother - Robert Charles - and sister Emma Louise - both born in New Zealand Married Annie STIMSON 26 December 1916 in Croydon, Surrey, England. Children all born Croydon, Surrey, England. Walter circa 1914-1979 Margaret Ellen 1916-2000 Eva Alice circa 1919-1953 Florence Irene - living Louise Ethel 1924-1998 Fred and Robert remained in England when parents emmigrated to Canada prior 1913. Know that he had sisters who went to Canada with parents and believe that their names were the middle names given to Fred's daughters.
