Looking From Swallow Family From Surrey Matthew born c1830 Cheam. married Ellen Newhouse from Coltishall Norfolk, They lived at Ewell, Children Matthew William(Married Martha Ann Newton) Emma Married Richard Borman(Chemist 1873) John Ellen Edward Rosa Percy Percy went to Australia and was a Wheelwright,Married Mary Frances Gibbins at Cohuna on the 29 /03/1899 I have recently found out after the father Matthew died in the 1860's most of the family moved to Lessingham,Norfolk.By 1881 most of the family was there except the son Matthew who may have gone to the states,Emma was living at Great Grimsby,Lincoln,Rose was at Croydon,Surrey.and Ellen the daughter was in kent surname Harris. Any one researching Swallow Surname from these areas please contact. |
