Trying to find Mulligan

Descendants of Edward Mulligan, my Gt Gt grandfather (born Arklow 1819) and wife Martha. Lived in Vale of Avoca, Co Wicklow. His son , my Gt. Grandfather William Mulligan. Trying to trace descendants of my grandfather's (James Born 1859) brother John (born 1855). Both came to London together. In the 1881 Census John had married Hannah(born in Middx) and had children Catherine (4) Hannah (2) and William (9months). It appears his first wife died along with Catherine and William. He remarried a Harriet York and had three more children, another Catherine, Margaret and John. I believe he returned to Ireland with his wife and son in the early 1900's but I cannot find any trace of Catherine and relations still living in Ireland do not seem to know anything about her. I have trace Margaret who married a Thomas Olley. Can anyone tell me what became of the two sisters who would be my second cousins. |
