Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	I am trying to trace Emma Evans born in Bow,London between 1853 & 1856 her father is Hugh Evans. She was a domestic servant and in 1878 had a son Hugh William Gray born in Lambeth whose father was William Gray. Emma & William apparently eloped abroad prior to Hugh's birth and while abroad William drowned. In 1886 she married William Lewthwaite who was a negro comedian and they had four children; William 1882, Albert Evan 1890, Rosina A 1886 & Gertrude E 1888. They lived in Birmingham and founded a tooling business. Any information would be great.
