Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	My great grandfather was a George Paul Griffin; born in Alexandria around 1870 at a guess. Sent to Liverpool fopr education (should that be eddication...) as a child, became a 'Master Mariner' and married 2 or 3 times. His father was in the army in Alexandria, first wife of French extraction was killed by a poison arrow whilst feeding the baby. He remarried 2 further times apparently. Anyone with related information I'd be really interested!
