Trying to find Forsdike

Trying to find my father's half brothers and sisters or their off-spring. My grandfather William David Forsdike died in the 1930s and had been married once before he married my grandmother. He had 6 or 7 children by his first wife I think and my father who was one of three children by his second wife, hasn't had any contact with them. Just curious...........

I have just come across your message dated16th June 2003.
My name is Chris Middleton, I married Elizabeth Ann Forsdike, whose Great Grandfather was William David Forsdike. Her Grandfather was Frederick Anyan Forsdike, the son of WDF from his first marriage to Emily Phenix. The name Anyan is from the maiden name of his Grandmother - Eleanor Anyan - who was from Sprinthorpe in Lincolnshire and who married Walter Forsdike .
I believe that WDF's second wife was called Juliette Romeo Clara Schots and whose father was a Belgian Sculptor! Is this correct please?
WDF was an extremely prominent person in Sheffield according to his Obituary which also contains a photograph of him - albeit not a very good one.
I have further information if you wish.
I would be very pleased to hear from you with any information that you may have.
Please could I see your tree?
I see from my records that I contacted you in June 2012, but cannot trace a reply
I look forward to a positive response.
Many Thanks
Chris Middleton

Chris
The poster only ever posted once so its unlikely they are are member now . Plus if you got no reply to your previous enquiry it's highly likely they don't have the same email address now and or are no longer interested in family research

Can only suggest you try to make contact again by using the send message box under their name

Check your "Sent Messages" Christopher.

If the message you sent to Catriona has a green envelope next to it........it means she never opened the message.

As some people are not recieving emails from GR telling them they have a message waiting......It could be rather pointless pm'ing someone who has'nt posted for years again
