Just came across these reports. Thank you Wayne Tracey & JaneyCanuck - but no thank you. I have had several run ins with the lady in question - do not wish to repeat the experience.Suffice to say we are NOT related.

Dear All I am trying to find any family members decended from the Falkus family Thomas Falkus b 1851 (Chelsea, Middlesex) his wife Mary A Falkus b 1840 (Kensington) - d 1897 (Middlesex) their children Thomas b 1863 (Kensington) Edward b 1866 (Croydon) Emily b 1868 (Croydon) Ellen b 1869 Kingston) Henry (known as Harry) b 1871 Kingston William 1872/3 b Kingston Annie b1875/6 Wimbledon Arthur b 1879 Wimbledon known dwelling in 1881 census Hubert Road 9 Vine Cottages Middlesex My Ggrandfather Henry (Harry) Falkus was a Royal Marine married Lucy Florence Hawkes in 1903 in Strood Kent and they had three/four children Thomas henry b 1904 Medway Kent Harry b 1914 Medway (Kent) died 1993 Marjorie b 1915 Medway (Kent died 1993 Henry Falkus died March 1915 whilst serving with the Chatham Divison (Kent) of the Royal Marines his fathers address was listed on his service records as 1 Vncent Road Wood Green Middlesex after the death of Henry Falkus in WW 1 Lucy married James Ayres I know that there was another child Fred but unsure as to whether Henry Falkus or James Ayres is the father. Please if anyone knows of this family and their decendants please get in touch Sally Smith
