HENSMAN Looking for any information on my Grandfather's family Boswell Hensman b. 6/8/1885 Sth Wimbledon - 27 Florence Rd (married Alice Beatrice Hitchcock b. 14/02/1886 Sth Wimbledon on 13/7/1907 at Church of Holy Trinity Sth Wimbledon - witnesses Edward John Hitchcock (d. in WWI) and Charles Hitchcock) Father was named Edward Boswell Hensman he was a compositor - am looking for his family : wife, father, mother.... and further back if known. He had a brother Ted, who went to live in Victoria Australia, married to Ruth (have photo 1959). Also for any information on Hitchcock family- Alice Hitchcock's father was Edward Hitchcock, labourer King's Rd Sth Wimbledon Boswell (son) was a storekeeper in 1907 - had 7 (surviving) children : Edward Boswell, Beatrice Alice, Leonard, May Lilian, Irene, Olive, Gladys Hensman (born Beckenham Kent) |
