Hello Stuart
My grandmother was Joyce Metas Siney born about 1896. She married Charles William Denotkin in Rochester Kent in 1915 and they had 2 daughters, my mother Dorothy Joyce Denotkin born in Rochester, Kent and my Auny Marjorie born in Rosyth, Scotland
My grandmother died in 1919 of influenza. Thats all we know aout her. Her father was Sidney Charles Siney- no idea who her mother was. Her father was put as deceased on her marriage and death certificates.
I can't find her birth in the British records or her father or herself on the British census records
Shes my brickwall.
My mother is now 97 years old and lives in Waipukurau, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand

Stuart posted this more than 8 years ago and is probably no longer a member of genes as he has no other posts to his name.
You could try to contact him by clicking on his name and sending him a message - if genes has his current email address he will be notified.
Or you could let us help you find Joyce if you want, as helpers will probably see your post and be intrigued by the name and challenge.
