I doubt that she will be keeping track, and GR do not send notification of new posts on threads.


It would be best if you sent a pm (private message) to her through GR


Just click on her name and write your message in the box then, click on submit


GR will send a message to her home email address that there is a message waiting, and she will get it, as long as she still has the same email address that GR has on record.

I've found him in Australia, remarried to Winifred Yve ?? Died 24 Feb 1968 NSW

Trying to find Jay Grover Hooker, born 11/3/1988 in Auckland, NZ. His parents may have married 3/11/1884 at St. Sepulchers Church, Kyber Pass Rd. Served in the Merchant Navy in WW2 as a Chief Engineer. Married Doris Cowen of Yorkshire around 1920, had 3 children, one being my father, Charles William Hooker. Divorced and returned to New Zealand after the war.
