Barbara,

As Cherine only posted once, in 2006, she is probably no longer a member, and may not have the same email address.
You could try finding her on 192.com (under her new name), as there are very few people with her name.

Added:
She appears to have entered her tree about 3 times, so you could look for her in Search/Search All Member Trees (top right) and then contact the most recent membership number.

Hi, my name is cherine sidebottom and I was born to a lady called Barbara Julie Sidebottom on 05.05.76. I was adopted in the same year and understand she was from quite a large family in Sheffield.
