I think that the Mary Beaton and Donald Campbell you are looking for are my gg grandparents who migrated to Australia in 1837. Their second child was called Colin and he did not accompany them. I have quite a bit of information on them and their children in Australia which I am happy to share. I am keen to find out about their parents and family in Scotland.
If we share these ancestors, lets swap info.
Cheers

Trying to find information on Mary Beaton who married Donald Campbell on 14/01/1820 in Bracadale on the Isle of Skye. Donald and Mary had a son named Colin Campbell who was born 7/4/1823 in Bracadale, Colin married Euphamia MacPherson (from Snizort on Skye) and moved to East Lothian
