The Walsh family that I know of is quite large. My Paternal Grandfather, John Albert Walsh, came from a large family with many brother and sisters, Annie, Mary, Patsy, Kathleen, Rose, Dennis and david. He was born in October 1917. Until 1998 he ran a pub in Kings Cross, London called the Lincoln Arms. I believe that he has also worked on the railway before running a pub previous to the Lincoln Arms. His parents were called John Patrick Walsh (originally from Ireland) and Ellen Sarah Walsh (Hibbert). John was born in 1882, dying in 1926. Ellen was born in 1885, dying in 1973. Ellen parents were called Ann Francis Hibbert (Moore) and Thomas Henry Hibbert. Ann was born in Lambeth and Thomas was born in Westminster. Ellen was the eldest of 5 children - John, Frederick, Albert and Henry. Any help to further this, especially the irish connection would be great.
