Bryan Goodwin....my Great Grandmother, was Hannah Hough, born in Manchester in 1832, and went to St.Anns Church, and School, in the what is now the Centre af Manchester. She told my Father tales of when it was still fields, in places like Albert Square, where the Towm Hall is now, since she was born not too many years after the Peterloo Massacre, in adjoining Petersfields. She married my Gt. Grandfather Thomas Goodwin, in June 1859, during their Lunch Break, as lots of people did in those days...no Paid Holidays then..at Manchester Cathedral. Are you related ?
