Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	The Sturrocks are a family rather than a clan, first heard of in 1482 in Angus when arrested for being drunk and disorderly! The name itself is most likely to be Gaelic in origin and means either "having broken teeth" or has something to do with sheep farming.
