Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 1 Send Message	My grandmother was born Gladys Edith Ethel Sallis in Tewkesbury, Gloucester on 21st March 1921. She married and became Gladys Archbold. Her Mother- my great grandmother was called Claire/Claira.My great grandfather was Frank Sallis who I know died a while after the first world war due to gas poisoning. Claire/Claira remarried and became known as Granny Matt... My grandmother had several sisters.. Winifred Sallis, Nancy Sallis, Claira Sallis, Dina Sallis and Benita Sallis.
