Hello to all! The surname I am researching is from my mother's side of my family. She is Darleen Vilda Mckee, born to David Emil McKee and Velma Faustina Morrison, on April 29, 1940 in Island Falls, Aroostook County, Maine, United States. David was one of 13 children born to George Ira McKee and Jennie Bartlett, on January 23, 1910, in Calais, Washington County, Maine. George Ira was one of 5 children born to Thomas and Sarah E. McKee around 1874 in Maine. Thomas was one of 7 children born to John McKee and Margaret McKee, around 1840, in NB, Canada. John McKee was born around 1816 to Thomas and Margaret Roddie, in the Co. Down, Ireland. Thomas was born around 1770 in Ireland. I would love to hear from anyone with info about my family. Please feel free to contact me with your corrections or additions. Thank-you! |
