I am trying to find any CLILVERDS. The name seems to have originated in the Bucks,London area in the end of the 18th centuary. The 1st I can find is Williamwho married Elizabeth Nash in 1762 the licence was issued in Ealing Middlesex to William Clilward but the entry in the parish register was Clilverd. I have found Graham Barry Clilverd who was a well known artist around 1901 and exhibited in the National Gallery and his brother Ralph who compeated in the 1912 olympics in the Modern Pentathalon (came 13th) anyone with more information or decended from a Clilverd please get in touch.
