I am tracing the Dawe family of Stoke Climsland Cornwall. My great garndfather was Edward Dawe married to Catherine Jewell and he was a copper miner. His father was Walter Dawe born 1804 married to Mary Batten. Does anyone recognise this family? i would like to know who Walter's father was Does anyone know of a way I could find out which copper mine Edward and his family worked in?
