Have you tried Scotlandspeople.gov.uk? They have information on births, marriages and deaths.

My Great Grandmother Euphemia's maiden name is showing as Carnegie on her marriage certificate. Born in 1862 Prior to marrying Josiah Kemp she was Euphemia Tullis but can find no trace of her in the uk under this name. Born in Ireland father william Carnegie occupation as a Jute Weaver If this links with any info in your tree please get in touch. I do have a photo of her.
