I realise this is an older message but never the less hope to get a reply. Charles is a relative by marriage and came across your message and joined this website. We have just started making the Cowe Family Tree. Hope we can help, John

Trying to trace any relatives of a Charles Sinclair Cowe, born in 1934 in Kirkcaldy, Fife. He moved to Wooler, Northumberland in 1954/1955.
