I come from a family of nine children, seven girls and two boys. My father who died back in 1992 aged 79 was married to my mother Ivy for 46 years. John or Jack to his friends was born and raised in Dudley and came from a family of five boys, Andrew,Barney,John, Tom and Denis. Apparently Grandfather was also called John and had originated from Sligo in Ireland. I can't go back any further as the family history is a bit blurred and actual details are hard to come by. If you have any ideas on how I can take this any further or if you think there is any connection with your family please don't hesitate to contact me. |
