Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	Coombs Frank Aloysius My late father knew v.little of his own father's background. He knew that his father (as above) came most likely from Somerset or possibly Devon, to Yalding in Kent to work as a diver, building the locks on the river. This would have been prior to 1910 at least. It was belived that he left behind a wife and children, and was divorced either before or after arriving in Kent. Any further information would be gratefully received.
