I am trying to find any relatives of my father, Douglas Morris. He was living with guardians in Doncaster in 1913 .His brother Ted was placed with him. In 1916 he was removed from the school he attended and with his brother Ted went to live in Chesterfield. I presume some other members of the family went as well.So far I have been unable to find any mention of parents.Ted married a French lady, Noelle after the second war and he died about the same time as my father in 1981. They had other brothers and sisters namely, Beatrice, May, Samuel, Wilf all born at the beginning of the last century. If any body can give me any information I would be very grateful as I know nothing at all about my fathers early life. |
