She was born Dawn Wheeler but was adopted some years after her birth by Mary & norman Mullinger.She was brought up in Hayle (Cornwall) where her parents had a wet fish shop. They moved to Penzance and her name was changed to Rosemary. She had a brother David Mullinger and a sister? She has married into the Toomes(?) family and has a career in antiques she will be approx 60 now.........any info gratefully received
