My grandmother's stepfather was a David Thomas Jenkins, who according to my aunt, was a descendant of Jenkins of "The War of Jenkins Ear" fame. Although not an actual ancestor of mine, I would still be interested to see if I can trace my extended family to him. If anyone has a family tree of the descendants of the famed Jenkins, I would be very interested to hear. The parents of David Thomas Jenkins were William Jenkins, a ships fireman from the Southampton area, and Emma Kimber.
