His father was William Philip MILTON (b1829 Chelsea-?) Housepainter. William had 7 children, as far as i can find out: Herbet (above) Lewis (b1854 kensington) Elizabeth (1857 Romford) Jack (1863 Romford) Alice (1868 Romford) Evalina (1872 Romford) William (1974 Romford) If anyone has anything similar, please post...
