Thank you for all that work It has taken me a few days to cross check things.There are at least 4 Ann/Annie Reed/Read s in the Malton area all born in 1865- 1875. Also I have the relevant one MC in 1901, age 25 father Charles, Shoemaker Old Malton. She is not the one who marries James Wray. Her husband is Henry Osguthorpe. Fatrher Charles marries Mary Clarkson so ArgyllGran has the correct census records and marriage. The problem is my AR age - MC -25; 1901 - 27, 1911 - 38. but DC 1942 -71! As her husband was "10 years older" than her in all the above why lie about age?
BUT I think you cracked it with that 1871 census. Thank you very much.

cant see her so far

Can anyone find this lady in 1891 census.. Born 1875 Malton/Thornton le Dale. Father Charles born 1828 Malton - got the 1891 for him and family and all others for her lifetime.
