Alviegal - IF the 1939 register is the correct family and Evan and Hannah were born 1896, then they wouldn't be the 1909 marriage you posted. Possibly the 1918 one in Bridgend I posted earlier?

Thank You Grey ghost for your help and advice.my nan is Elsie may allen. Maiden name Jones born 10/1921=Died 9/2011. Married to Albert g Allen.Societal got right family and marriage.And l remember my nan saying her dad was a coal heard and Gelli House sound familiar...Thank You Malyon that is area my nan was born and that fit in with Alviegal find of family. Alviegal You got it right with marriage too.But marriage one would make them about 12 yrs old. So grey ghost could be it. But will look at both.

greyghost, I stand corrected on the marriage. Your marriage in 1918 is most probably the correct one :-D :-D Would have seen they were only 13 year olds if I had thought about it :-)
