My husbands 2x Great Aunt Ethelinda Stearn married a Edward Harris 9/5/1839 at St Mary's Ipswich Suffolk
They had a daughter Elizabeth Margaret born in 1839 died 1839
Edward died 19/6/1840 at Rope Lane St Clements Ipswich Suffolk of Decline
He was a Serjeant of the 12th Regiment of Foot did he die of injuries?
Edwards's father was a Thomas Harris a Husband Man ( I do not know what this means)
Can anyone help with further information on Edward?
Ethelinda remarried & went on to have a further 4 children I have all of this information
