I am looking for marriage information of William Smart born 1784 Wallingford and Elizabeth from (High) Wycombe. I have their death information and I think William was baptised on 29 April 1784 in St Leonard's, Wallingford. His parents (no dates) could be Joseph & Joyce.

You haven't said what searches you have done yourself...............

We were looking for the children to help narrow down when the marriage was likely to have occurred, that's why Erika asked you when and where the first child was baptised. Since you didn't supply the info, helpers were trying to find it out and share with each other, to give us a better chance of being able to find the correct marriage, which is what you asked for.

There is method to our seeming madness...

Sorry that I did not give more info. I have copies of William Smart baptism 29 Apr 1784 St Leonards, Wallingford (parish register) showing parents names as Joseph & Joyce. Baptism records 14 Aug 1815 of children Lucy born 7 Nov 1811 & Joseph born 9 Apr 1815. Baptised both at Cores End United Reform Church, nr Wycombe & Poyle, Middx. 1851 census of William born 1784 & Elizabeth born 1780. Death cert of William 7 Jan 1856 Wraysbury. Church burial record of Elizabeth, St Michaels ,Horton 16 Apr 1858. I cannot find any marriage information of William & Elizabeth - nor Elizabeth's maiden name. Thanks for any help.

I'm sorry, but have been unable to come up with a marriage that seems to fit the bill. I can see why you've had difficulty!
