Great Uncle James Richards 13/6/02 to Mar 1949 (Wales)
his wife Winnifred Richards nee Jones 1906-1980 (I have all their details)

They had 3 children, a daughter Meghan 1942 to 1978, (I have her details)

but I am stuck on their 2 sons.

David Richards, born appx 1932 and died appx 2014

I have asked all my living relatives and no one can remember Davids wifes name or the names of their children, as there are so many David Richards I couldnt be sure of his birth entry.

The other son Eiron Richards, born 1933 in Bridgend, Wales, he was married to a lady called Valerie, I cant find a marriage entry, I am told they had 4 children 2 sons and 2 daughters, we think one son is called Wayne and one daughter called Debbie.

I would be really grateful for any help with the missing information but I do understand that the detaild I have may be too sparse to trace them.

Hi, I have Davids mmn, it's Jones. Its who David and Eiron married that I am stuck on, all I have is the name Valerie for Eiron. Is there any where I can look to see who these 2 sons married.

Eiron is on the electoral rolls to 2015 with wife Valerie still in Bridgend

They could still be ther but opted out or sadly passed away since

They are recorded as being at the address for 32 years

I am very grateful for your help, will have a look at it. If I go far back enough I may be lucky and get the names of the children.

Are you able to advise me how I can check which birth entry is the correct one for David Richards when there are so many with the same mothers maiden name of Jones, or is there no way of knowing other than ordering the certificates, and also is there any way of finding out who he married.

It is difficult to identify david without knowing his place of birth

Eiron seems to have had 3 girls and 1 boy

Thats the trouble I have been having for David, I always thought he was born in Bridgend as well.

I tried searching with the welsh spelling Dai Richards on Ancestry and it took me to Meghans husbands family tree. In there they have David Richards born in 1918 in Swansea,they clearly have not looked at the dates properly as that would have made Davids mother 12 when she had him.

Have just found a David Richards born 1930. Merthyr Tydfyil. MMN Jones.
