Hi Chris , he only had, to my knowledge, one child that survived that was Harold Edward John Keepen, who married Doris Ivy Hancock

It is confusing but he was Henry John , his father Sidney died in 1936 so waiting for death certificate to see who registered the death

(there is a Henry Keepin (Widowed) in Bristol, 1939 (Marriage Sarah Jane Caines) not sure if he is the 1948 Death?, his Birthdate as 04 Mar 1884)

22 February 1918 - Fulham Chronicle - London, London, England

Consideration for a New Trade.
Messrs. Peter Lind & Co., of Parliament Mansions, concrete construction contractors, applied for the exemption of Mr. H.J. Keepen, 31, married, of 6, Munster Residences, Filmer Road, described as a carpenter and foreman. Mr. Lind said that Mr. Keepen had been engaged on the refitting as a margarine factory of Kop's Brewery, Townmead Road, but was now employed on experimental work. His firm were engaged on ferro concrete constructions for the Government, and also in the production of ferro concrete ships in the north of England. He appealed for Mr. Keepen on the ground that he was doing work of the value to the nation. Mr. Keepen is passed C2.
Four months exemption was granted.
