The oldest son is likely to be born in Essex also, it's a story with many missing parts but we believe she left once she was pregnant with Terence and never revealed who the Father was to the boys - making this search rather difficult for a novice!

There are possible Frostick/Frostick births or with mmn Frostick but not in the same area as Terence's birth...do you know where the older son who went to Canada was born or when?

I stupidly assumed that finding Frosticks would be easy as it's a somewhat unusual name however I've hit a wall and regardless of what I search, I can't seem to find anything.

So far I have my Grandad Terence J Frostick born in 1941 in Lancaster
His mother is Edna May Frostick born in 1908, Tendring Essex
Her parents (George born 1863 and Emma born 1872) were easy enough to find as were her siblings.

However, we believe that she married (or possibly remarried) and became Young Elwood as this is the name she died with - but I can't find any marriage records that support this or any birth records for her other children - we believe that my Grandad was one of 3 (the eldest was given away or adopted out and now lives in Canada but he doesn't know his fathers name)

I feel I've been repetitively searching the same things over and over again so any nudge in the right direction or tips on how to find the missing information would be greatly appreciated.
