Born 29th Nov 1903 according to the 1939 Register....but birth registered in the 1st quarter of 1904. (You had 6 weeks to register a birth)

Hi all..just wondering if anyone has any info on Margaret Pownall born Liverpool 1923..I cant find anything about her other than her address and who she married..but apart from that a total brick wall..been looking for years..but wont give up
