What was Williams birth year

Do you have more info on his parents as not seeing any living in Littlehampton on the 1939 register

The 1937 immigration record posted by Catherine seems to definitely be her. She gives the name of nearest relative at home as mother Annie Millar, 17 Catherine St., Linevady. She's going to join sister Mrs. Kyser, Osborn, Ohio.

I assume the details you gave in your opening post are taken from a copy of the marriage cert.

Where did the marriage take place?
The implication is that it was in Limavady, but you don't actually say that.

I don't see the marriage anywhere online.

Unfortunately, without knowing William's year of birth, or where his parents were living in either 1939 or 1911 (if he was born pre-1911), it will probably be impossible to pinpoint him in the records.

There are several William Woodcocks with fathers named William in the 1911 census.

I still can't find the marriage online.
