Please can anyone help

I am looking for a divorce for Percy B Edwards. Percy was born 1892 Kent. He married in 1930 and died 1946. I have him on the 1939 register with his wife but I know they divorced maybe 1940 but definitely before he died

I don't think many divorce records from that time scale have survived.

The survival rate of divorce case files is:

1858-1927: almost 100%
1928-1937: 80%
After 1937: less than 0.2%

Hello Jeanette- what makes you think they divorced?

There looks to be two possible births in 1941 & 1943 to Daisy and her second husband- but she didn't marry Mr Emery until after Percy's death, which could indicate they didn't divorce.
